Get Hands on with the School of Rural Food


Under the expert tutelage of Mr Pork Pie himself, Master Baker Stephen Hallam, spend a couple of days on our rural food masterclasses.

Courses include Melton Mowbray Pork Pies, The Art of Breadmaking, Cakes, Scones and Treats and The Art of Perfect Pastry.

Delivered in professional training kitchens in the heart of Melton Mowbray, these are experiences you will never forget.

Available
– Monday to Sunday by prior arrangement, all year round (not during college term times).
Duration – One and a half days per course
Maximum group size – 12 (minimum group size is also 12)
Cost - from £120 per person (overnight accommodation not included, rates available)
