This sounds too good to be true?


It’s been the most challenging year for all of us, but we remain committed to helping support all of our partners and businesses as much as we can in your efforts to recover from the impact of the pandemic. Leicestershire Promotions has also been impacted by the pandemic but we see the need to support the industry to recovery as our primary responsibility.

How are you able to do this?

We are able to do this by taking the long view and balancing the impact of this offer across two years. Accordingly we are asking for a two year commitment from you in order to allow us to support you through the next 12 months with this offer.

How will it work?

You choose the package that you wish to sign up to and you agree to take at least that package for the next two years. In 12 months’ time between January and February 2022, you will be invoiced for the full rate card amount of the package chosen to cover your 2nd year membership for 2022 at the rate on the attached information which will be fixed for two years. However for 2021 you simply pay us what you are able to.

What if I change my mind?

You have a 14 day period following receipt of your completed form to change your mind. If during 2021 you subsequently decided not to continue your package in 2022, we will need to charge you the balance between what you paid for 2021 and the rate card price for your appropriate package. I’m sure you can appreciate that this is necessary for us to be able to make this generous offer to all of our partners and stakeholders.

Can I choose any package?

The offer is based on you taking the same package as last year or a higher package. For partners that did not have a package in 2020, you can only choose the entry level option for 2021 but will have the option to upgrade in 2022.

I’m confused – how much should I pay?

The cost of each package is shown on the table above. Whilst we believe these represent excellent value for money, we fully understand the difficulties businesses may be facing. Therefore you can literally pay what you feel you can for your package – you decide. We feel that 40% of the full price might be a good steer for the minimum you might choose to pay but we really do mean what we say. Pay what you can in 2021. The standard rates will apply for your second year in 2022 but we guarantee to freeze the prices at the current level.

The future is unpredictable, what if circumstances change?

This is all about supporting your business to recovery as best we can. If circumstances change for you and your business or on a wider scale, we’ll be in touch to talk through options with you.

  1. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR 2018), the data controller and data processor is Janine Williams.

  3. All figures are 'plus vat'. The package purchased is for 24 months. Should a Member decide to terminate Membership within the 12 month period, then they remain liable for the full annual fee. No refunds can be given and Membership is non-transferable.

  4. In compliance with “Legitimate Interest”, we will contact you via e-communications to inform you of our current activities, news/updates for the area, marketing opportunities etc. You have the right to ask us not to contact you in this way and can exercise your right to prevent such contact at any time by using the unsubscribe function on a received marketing email or by contacting us.

  5. By submitting an advertisement or artwork, you warrant that it does not contravene any Act of Parliament, the British Code of Advertising Practice or European Union Legislation. We reserve the right to reject any copy or images, or to reject any application for advertising at any time, without assigning a reason. In the event of an application being rejected after payment, a refund will be made. It is your responsibility to own copyright on any images.

  6. We cannot accept any responsibility for errors not corrected by the advertiser at proof stage. Any amendments after this time will incur a charge. All advertisers are responsible for checking their website advert; otherwise it will be assumed that the information is correct. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure all prices and availability as displayed are correct and honoured.
