This was the family home of Shakespeare's mother Mary Arden. Step back in time with the sights, sounds and smells of a real working Tudor farm. Meet costumed residents as they go about their daily tasks of cooking, tending crops and feeding the rare breed animals. Discover how people lived and worked according to the farming calendar. Watch falconry displays, explore the countryside and nature trails, and get ‘hands-on’ with rural crafts and traditional pastimes.
