3. At the time of booking Leicestershire Promotions will charge you the full amount of your StayPlayExplore or Perfect Break short break.

Stay Play Explore & The Perfect Break Customers Your short break is per room including breakfast, per night and includes short break tickets. e-tickets are issued following payment of the short break and will relate to the number of adults and number and ages of children detailed during the booking process. Terms and conditions apply for Stay Play Explore short breaks, see the website for information or view the 'Frequently Asked Questions'. Stay Play Explore / The Perfect Break Tickets: A maximum of 3 out of the participating attractions can be visited for our Classic breaks, 4 for a Plus break and 5 attractions for our Max breaks; and repeat visits to the same attraction are not permitted. Personalised e-tickets issued will be scanned and/or one printed copy of the e-ticket handed over and retained by each attraction visited to gain valid entry. Entry will be refused if e-ticket holders attempt to violate these rules. REMEMBER TO TAKE A PRINTED TICKET TO EACH OF THE VENUES YOU VISIT - you will need to take them with you even if you pre-book directly with the venues.• Please check in advance with individual attractions as opening/closing dates and times may vary and are subject to change. • Some venues may need pre-booking which the customer will do directly with the venue • All tickets have an expiry date, check this carefully before travelling. Tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. • Each standard family ticket is valid for up to 2 adults and 2 children (min one adult aged 18 years or over). • This offer is subject to change without notice. • Please keep your tickets safe as neither Leicestershire Promotions nor the attractions/hotels participating in this promotion can replace lost/misplaced/stolen tickets. Any defacing or changes to a ticket will render it invalid. • Personalised e-tickets will be issued. These can be reprinted but the restrictions on number of uses remains in place. If you do not have access to a printer you can request that e-tickets are printed and posted to you. NB Administration and recorded delivery postage charges will apply.
