The Melton Cheeseboard has the widest range of cheeses in the County with over 150 different varieties, many of them are sourced in Leicestershire and the surrounding counties; as well as the best from the UK, and a wide selection of continental cheeses. Stilton is their specialty, and their cheeses are graded and sourced directly from the local dairies of Long Clawson and Cropwell Bishop. The Cheeseboard also stocks the only two Red Leicester cheeses made in Leicestershire, Sparkenhoe and Long Clawson's Aged Red Leicester.
