We keep our prices low at StayPlayExplore by keeping our overheads low. This means we are unable to offer a telephone enquiry service.
All breaks need to be booked through the website. You can search for available dates and make your booking. You can also amend your booking by signing in to your account. If you have not signed in before, just use the forgotten password option and follow the instructions in the email you will receive.

Response Times
We will aim to respond to your message within 4 hours during office opening hours, most of the time we will get back to you much sooner. These are usually Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, excluding bank holidays. An emergency service only will operate during weekends and bank holidays and questions raised on this form will be monitored between 10am and 3pm.
